The patient is a 34 year old woman who had 2 children and had been struggling with her weight. She had large breasts, causing back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, and significant grooving from her bra straps. She also had an obese body habitus, with an overly prominent abdominal region. I performed a breast reduction, tummy tuck and liposuction of the hips Four months after surgery, she had relief of her pain, as well as increased self-confidence from her improved body shape.
