The patient is a 28 year old woman who experienced loss of volume and loss of upper pole fullness of the breasts after having a child. She wished to have larger breasts, but was very concerned about maintaining a natural appearance postoperatively. She underwent breast augmentation with silicone breast implants (255 cc Sientra moderate profile textured implants) through an inframammary incision (crease at the base of the breast). She is seen 4 weeks post-op.
