The patient is a 40-year-old woman who lost volume in her breasts after childbirth. She underwent breast augmentation with 371 cc silicone breast implants. Implants were placed through an inframammary incision (crease at the base of the breast) and behind the muscle (pectoralis major). She is seen three months after surgery with fuller, rounder breasts.
