The patient is a 21 year old woman who experienced loss of volume and loss of upper pole fullness of the breasts after having one child. She underwent breast augmentation with silicone breast implants (400 cc Allergan high profile implants) through an inframammary incision (crease at the base of the breast). She is seen 5 months post-op.
