The patient is a 31 year old woman who experienced grade IV capsular contracture in her right breast and deflated left breast implant after previous breast augmentation with saline breast implants. She underwent a total capsulectomy of the right breast and bilateral breast implant removal and replacement using textured silicone “gummy bear” implants. The size chosen was 385cc. She is seen 2 months post op with a natural, symmetric result.
